		<description>I have thrown hook for years and all of a sunden this year, I started out with the timing and now my ball hooks at the very end.  Ive tried moving on the ally Im not sure if its the way I&#039;m holding the ball I&#039;ve even tried to throw it different and that did not work help help or let me know where i can go for help.  Any suggestons </description>

1. Please upgrade the mics or the sound engineer.  Sound has been the bane of this show and it doesn&#039;t seem to be getting appreciably better. 
 
2. Since Tony seems to be the moderator it might make more asthetic sense to have him sit at one of the sides so that during conversations or when he&#039;s spurring a response from the other participants, as seems to be his job, he doesn&#039;t look like a bobblehead bouncing back and forth, left to right, constantly. 
 
3. Cut down on the giggling.  Grown men shouldn&#039;t giggle this much.  It&#039;s a touch distracting and doesn&#039;t add a sense of fun to the show, it simply takes away the polish.
